Gonna keep guessing rye until I get it right. :) Carmel and citrus on the nose. Carmel corn. Rye spices and peppermint. Vanilla, honey on the back end. C'mon, rye right? Seriously tasty bevvy.

Smells like a scotch. First sip taste like scotch, but a little bourbon ish on the second sip. Definitely smokey, not as much peat as normal scotch. This one's tricky because it changed as it sat in the glass.

Smells weird. Burned by nostrils. But tastes pretty good. Strong. Nutty and sweet. Tiny hint of spice but not enough to convince me it's a rye. Do I taste orange? Now I'm just making stuff up.

High proof run-of-the-mill bourbon. Vanilla, cherry, Whethers candy. The only thing that really stands out is the cherry and honey. Added cube, brought out the cinnamon. Pretty high proof Tasty.
