Nutty, and there's a dried fruit in there. Caramel. Water definitely smoothed it out. Gun shy on calling for heat but this seems there and with age. Enjoyed it.

My main complaint here is that there's no finish. It's good, then it's gone. Hint of alcohol remains so I guess it's "clean"?

Got a lot of nice spices on the nose but tastes like shit. I like my bourbon a little sweet and this tasted like straight up black licorice and sadness. It's a no for me dog.

Smells like s'mores in a glass so I was exited to drink this but it tastes weirdly super bitter and sweet at the same time. Don't love it.

Smells like a bourbon...looks like one...doesnt really taste like one though, kinda weak?...made a old fashioned with this one and it didnt come through. Tastes like Woodford to me.

Nose has fish, tobacco. Tasting licorice. Nothing too forward. Adding water and I'm getting a dusty basement. Smooth. Lovely! Easy.

I can't think of anything else I could ask for from a scotch. Slightly sweet, slightly, smoky, slightly, Pitty, but definitely scotch and a reasonable proof. Amazing.
