I'm almost tempted to call Irish, but it's got a hint of peat on the back end. Green apple and honeyed pear on the nose. Bit of mint on the finish. Some spice and shortbread in between. Tastes like a stately single malt.

Oh I love this one too. Soap. Leather couch. Wow water calms this down a ton - not that I thought it needed it much - and it gets significantly more complex! Brine. This gets a high grade from me. Cydne upset it wasn't a peanut butter bourbon. Oh there's some honey in here too.

Sweet with a little smoke. About all the smoke I want in a whiskey. Finish with a decent sweet finish like it’s finished in sherry or rum barrels perhaps. You dont’t that smoke, the kind that’s in her past….

Oh baby, this is good! Light floral notes and citrus on the nose. Fruit and apricot dance across a light bed or peat. The finish has a lingering sweetness. This is brightness in a glass!

I'm going with Rye on this one because it would be pretty incredible aside from that horrible rubbing alcohol at that lingers and destroys all the great flavor. Probably great as a Manhattan! Really nice sweetness until it's all burnt away. But my palate has been off this entire season so what do I know.
