Spicey, clove, pepper. Vanilla. I like this one. Nice finish. At first I thought this was clearly a bourbon, but the longer I sip, wondering if it might be a gentle rye. Meh. Good either way.

Man… super light color, made me think scotch… but then the nose and taste were very mild and soft… flavor but no burn. Another Rye?? Back to back? Guessing bourbon as a complete guess since Rye was day 6
