Well this one stumped me. I think my sense of taste was thrown off because of the bag of chips I ate beforehand. 🥔🍟Anyway! At first I hated the smell (pine? Medicinal?) And I thought oh here we go with another scotch. I didn't like the first sip, then the after taste changed for me. After a few sips it kinda grew on me. I'm going to guess something other than bourbon. If it's scotch, this will be the first one that didn't make me gag.

I think I'd do a LOT better at this game if the categories were Bourbon and Not-bourbon. This is not bourbon. It's either Irish Whiskey or Scotch. If it's Scoth (which I think it is) it is really mild and smooth. Still not my go-to drink, but nice.

Lemon/citrus & floral on the nose with a really sweet taste with hints of honey and slight baking spice almost. Little to no finish but with a slight bitterness on the finish, overall a real easy drinker.
