This is delicious as well.. I smell cherry (?)… the taste is strong at the front but dissolves quickly. No burn. Super easy… maybe low proof? Giggity

Pear and saltwater/seaweed on the nose. Honeysuckle on the palette with a baking spice that reminds me allspice. Pretty flat finish.

I don't know about this one. Definitely not bourbon; a bit scotch-y, but I'm not convinced. I got banana and pear at the front. It's ok.
