Back on my bullshit. Itโ€™s rye or corn. This time I think itโ€™s gotta be rye. No black pepper or spice to my nose, but itโ€™s too sharp on the tongue for bourbon, not sweet enough. Pretty hot, but a little water just brings out more herbal and earth notes.

This one hit pretty hardโ€”bold and strong

This is amazing... it's like a wonderful smooth bourbon with just enough of a peaty scotch finish (well, okay, it was a scotch burp). I'd drink this constantly.

Mmm that's good. One of my favorites so far. Tastes familiar. I give up on guessing the flavors, I'm just trying to get the type right at this point.

This is like I'm on a liquid hayride with a shot of vanilla. I could see Curly from City Slickers drinking this while he's sleeping.

Nose was floral & perfumed to me at first, then shifted to cinnamon. Spicy & woody after that. I'm liking it a lot!

Dark fruits and cardamom pods on the nose. Sweet and a little vanilla on the palate. Fire on the finish. Pretty tasty strong bourbon

Vanilla caramel butterscotch. Write good. A little heat but not too much. I wanna say bourbon? but I'm playing the numbers and going with rye.

Seven hells. Just call me Drogon because I am breathing fire. Strong honey and baking spice aromas with a sweet sweet burn on the tongue that builds. Lingering licorice finish. Yum.

Seems like a scotch and rye together almost. Not bad.
