The most unappealing whiskey I have ever had from the marker nose and thickness I couldn’t see through. Taste wasn’t so bad. Sweet wine on the front with some licorice on the back. Pretty smooth going down too.

Gotta say I was a little scared to try this after pouring. Looks like cough syrup, smells like Sharpie, surprisinglyyyy not bad? Getting leather and licorice with a sawdusty finish. Pretty low proof - pretty much zero burn. What is this???

Tastes like a bourbon to me. This one has a dark brown/red hue to it. Smells like chocolate or like it was aged (not long) in a Port Wine barrel. Has a dry taste to it (high oak, tobacco). Adding a cube does not calm down the high alcohol taste. It smells like its going to be sweet....but it aint. Not the biggest fan of this one.

Phrases bandied about this evening 'it tastes like dirt, but American dirt, not dirt from the highlands, so not scotch'. Small glimpses of my thinking my progeny could be unworthy of these whiskeys... I hate saying 'other' but not sure where this one lands. Not bad though.

This tastes like something you'd buy at the fair. I wonder if it's double oaked, rolled in bacon and deep fried. DELICIOUS!
