Yikes! Hard to get thru this one, even with water. Almost a sort of kool-aid flavor in the middle, in the moments when I can get past the octane.

Pass. It's hot and smelled a bit like a medicine cabinet. Flavor was a bit funky.

Sorry trigger any parents of teens with the rating. This reminds me of the smell of Elmers Glue...the kind in a pot with a spreader stick. And like an old wooden hay barn.

Thought this was wonderful.

I’m gonna guess rye and I’m gonna be wrong (it’ll be bourbon) but at this point I’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain. It’s a spicy one, but fruity at the same time, like chasing Red Hots with Mike & Ikes. Yeah, cinnamon, caramel, maybe a hint of orange rind. Quite good, if a tad spiky to be a favorite.

What there hell is this. This is sooooo strong. It still burns. But it’s sweet. And salty? I’m lost.

Blind as the day I was born, I have no idea what this looks like compared to any of the other days. Smells of rubbing alcohol that rolls into a sweetness after a bit. Not too bad of a taste, which worries me. I’d guess maybe a higher proof. Who knows. This is another one that I keep thinking about icecream. Which oddly enough also acts as a great addition to coffee… and Dr. Pepper. So you know that’s always a good thing!

Wow, subtle flavor meets burning flames. I’d need to enjoy this with a big steak. I fear this won’t be popular…

I’m getting lots of vanilla on this one. Initially didn’t love it, but getting it a little colder helped it a lot for me. A little Amy Grant Christmas album + this is not a bad time. 🎄⭐️🥃❤️

Number 3 of the night. It's only been about 45 minutes. Is it a bourbon? It has such a cozy burn. But there's a hint of sweet. Is it an Irish then? Also - it is the start of Winter break for the kids! Cheers to this awesome calendar. I'll be looking forward to this every year! Santa comes early for mom and dad!

Syrup! Butter! Rye?! I'd drink this with my pancakes. Very heavy. I don't know what else to say.

Cream soda. Eggnog, nutmeg. Sweeeeeeeeet and it lingers warmly. Feels tight on the aftertaste but don't get high alcohol on the nose oddly. Caramel to toffee.

Holy shit balls this is hot and either young or just high proof. Or bad. Butter popcorn and floral a bit. Don’t like.

Very floral, reminds me of scotch, has hints of plaid. Don't ask me why I think that's a flavor. Back at it after a week of kiddo illness and travel. I've got 4 of these to do tonight!

What is in my mouth?? No really, like what is this? Cask strength something aged in flavored wood? Possibly aged with gasoline and lit with a match in my stomach? I think there’s a really nice flavor hiding under that inferno but it’s hard to say.

Really sweet right at the start, and very fiery - guessing it’s cask strength/bottled in bond or the like. Even with an ice cube it didn’t open up that much - still a lot of spice/fire. Interesting whiskey. I think it’d stand up well in a cocktail, it’d punch through the dilution and other ingredients. On its own, it’s not something I’d care to sip. Guessing Indian mainly because it’s an option I haven’t tried yet and I have _no_ idea what this is.

Love the nose. Too spicy on the palate for me.

This one is extra burny Cinnamon and vanilla stand out after the burn clears. Solid dram, but my least favorite of the calendar so far (which feels kinda strange to say because I do enjoy it). Tastes Irish to me, but what do I know, so I’m not guessing Irish.

Ok, I am starting to dig these Speyside "type". Not sure if that is correct, but sending it.

She did not like this at all, so I got a double share. Tastes like peat and self-loathing, so I'm not sure I came out ahead here...
