Leaves a good chew on the tongue. Peaty. Maple and spices. This could be a trick though and end up being Japanese.

Well here we are, six days done These last few days are ruining my fun. But Sam-I-am does not quit Even if I am beat up a bit A smoky smell tickles my nose I believe this scotch with increase my woes. But wait! Is the first scotch I love? This is truly unheard of! So what do I think Sam-I-am? What do I say about this tasty dram? I really want it to be a scotch. But this is most likely another day I'll botch.

I absolutely love it. Scotch but smooth, easy drinking.

The initial smell and taste were shocking. Like a punch in the face with booze. After letting it breathe a bit, it became very enjoyable. I still don’t know shirt about what I’m tasting or how in the world I’m supposed to presume the proof, but I’m enjoying the journey. This is one I would drink more of. At the end of the month, all of my leftover sips may go in a glass and then into my morning cup. All in all, idk if I would put this in coffee… but absolutely in Dr. Pepper AND absolutely in a hot toddy!

This is lovely. A very approachable scotch(?) that’s bright and floral with an excellent lingering burn on the finish. Well-balanced and delicious. I’d like to own a bottle of this. 🙌🏼

This tastes like buns. I hate it. Gross.

OK this is interesting. Vanilla. Nose seems diluted or maybe that was just that I am two deep in trying to catch up? Oh initial sip bites! Feels complex. Raisin, apricot, strong dried fruit. I think this is Irish. I think this might even be Jameson.

We both liked this one. And she is hard to please with a scotch. I'm easier.

Little too peaty for my taste but I bet scotch lovers like it.

Scotch seems to be growing on this group and I'll admit it's growing on me too, but not quite in this one. I don't hate it but I don't love it. And for whatever reason, here's a picture of some mice.

Travel interrupted us, couple days of catching up to do! Ok. Oh a nice smooth nose. Woody. Tighter on the tongue than expected with the heat. silky mouth. Not terribly sweet before dropping in some water, but with some licorice. Don't know about this one. There are too many type guess options!

Light, in assuming, May be best for mixed drinks as opposed to neat

Second of the night to play catchup - question as old as time for me. Aroma light spring fruits, floral. Palate much of the same -- light and crispy. Not overly complex. A little bit of peat on the backend, guessing most won't like it, but it's fine to me. Again, clearly I'm aging in my tastes.

Tastes like a straight ahead lightly peated scotch with a big honey note and a good amount of body and bite.

People are going to hate this. But it’s absolutely fantastic. It’s so so good. Tastes like a Northern Highland Scotch. Sweet and peat. Yum.

Awful.

Really like the finish on this one.

Not a winner at our house. Loved the aroma on the front but too burny/dry in the mouth on the finish for my liking.
