Lots of burn. This is a nice warmer on a cold evening. Getting lots of fruit and cherry. Not much of a finish though.

Very nice. Like the tasteful amount of smoke, with a bit of citrus and pear on the end.

A lot on the nose on this. Candy green apple, and almost floral like a men’s shampoo with leather and oak. Taste much sweeter with cinnamon and died fruits. Long hot finish.

Baked apples and pears. Honey and a hint of cinnamon. Golden raisins. Tastes like it has a bit of proof to it. Touch of peat maybe? I want to guess Japanese but I’m going to play it safe and pick scotch. Overall very pleasant dram.

This is lovely! Sweet and smoky, easy sipping. Lingering brown sugar for days. Or at least, for minutes. Even a little fruitcake hiding in there like the present you didn’t want but ate for breakfast anyway. Sipping this slowly and enjoying every small bit.

Peaty and smoky, guessing a Scotch but might be a Japanese whiskey. Not too fiery. My wife is baking cookies, so all I can smell is that. 🤣 Tasty, even though peaty Scotch isn’t my favorite.

I want to like this more than I do, and it think it could be great if it caught me in the right mood. Nice touch of brown sugar and dates as it hits the tongue, a little smoke on the end — all my favorites, but it also has a lingering burn that puts me off a bit. Once that’s gone it does leave a lovely aftertaste. Maybe I was too harsh in my rating, but alas.

Dang get the water! I knew this had to be high proof at first sniff. But it was nice with notes of cinnamon candy and vanilla toffee. Taste is similar but needed water to get there and once cut I thought it was really good. Long finish on the tongue

I need to stop falling behind, but man ... getting to drink three of these suckers in a night makes for a great time. Tonight's is very pleasant on the nose. Subtle, not overpowering. Baking spices and vanilla is what I pickup. Palate is interesting - some dark fruit, maybe cherries. Very long finish -- but not super hot. Interestingly complex for something that doesn't seem to be super hot ... or it's super old?
