Oh! A sweet delight but boy does it have a kick! I'd drink this in the evenings. A nice honey flavor but not overpowering. Syrupy on the tongue and a tingle on the lips. Is this what I'm supposed to do in the comments?

Hm, that’s unusual. There’s a bit of chocolate on the nose, maybe a bit of smoke or oak char. Presents sort of halfway between a malt and a corn or rye spirit. I’m wondering if this isn’t a Nikka Coffey Grain or similar. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Happy to be caught up! Bananas Foster here. Cinnamon. Oh and it's hot! Something yeasty, rolls. Figure this some corn whiskey. Gets much sweeter the longer the sip. It's a winner for Cydne surprisingly! The 7.2 is her rating even.

Wasn't getting much on the nose so which was a little concerning but then BAM. Man, this was delicious, probably my favorite so far. Nice heat with notes of honey and rich caramel that seem to last for a good while.
