Based on color and lightness of the palate, I'm thinking a low proof scotch. I get almost nothing on the nose. It's OK, but wouldn't seek out a bottle on my own. Maybe barrel strength has ruined my palate.

Drank it neat, but tastes like it's on the rocks. A bit thin, but easy to drink. Getting a lot of wood...wait...now I'm getting something like orange gummy bears. I have no idea. The taste keeps changing. It's surprisingly good and maybe inconsistent. I'm thinking this is a very inexpensive bourbon, but good bang for the buck.

Is anyone else's whiskey red tonight? Why is this red? Kind of tastes like a bourbon, but finished in some type of second cask. I'm guessing bourbon, but I'm not confident
