This has a very pleasant, soft nose, but then bang. This sip is hot and a little astringent for me. I don't think this is bourbon. Maybe more of a mash???

Strong fruit aromas - pears and cherry jolly rancher. Very light and sweet. Kind of tastes like pencil shavings but in a good way? Thinking it's finished in a wine cask or something else unusual but what the hell do I know really.

Good well rounded bourbon. Easy drinking but plenty of flavor and a nice spicy kick on the end.

Getting peat and citrus and white wine on the nose. Pretty dry but a bit too much smoke for my liking. Nice clean finish though.

What in the hell. This smells like the nasty ass natural cough syrup my mom gave me as a kid. Surprisingly, it didn’t taste nearly as bad as I thought it would. Might be nice stirred up in an espresso martini? All in all, not a fan.

Spicy yet clean with piney notes. I'm getting a metallic finish with a pretty good kick. Not my favorite but it's not bad either.

Well, it finally happened. After 6 long years of forcing myself to drink scotch, I finally like it. This was delish. Honey and a touch of smoke on the nose. Still nice and sweet on the tongue with a pleasant burn and a subtle cedar-y finish. Very nice.

Pretty pleasant aroma - citrus and peat, but then I took a sip and, well, not so great. It kind of tastes like someone took a swig of scotch and then spat it back out before it got to me. So like, backwash. That's all I'm gonna say.

Juicy cherry with a touch of campfire on the nose. Tastes like spicy cinnamon with a crazy burn going down. I like strong bourbon but this one blew out my taste buds too much.

Spices, caramel, pears and apples on the nose. tasting bitter chocolate or maybe coffee? This scotch had a ton of flavor and a stronger burn than the last couple we tried which bumped this up a few notches for me. Had a nice lingering sweet aftertaste. Like this a lot.

Got a lot of nice spices on the nose but tastes like shit. I like my bourbon a little sweet and this tasted like straight up black licorice and sadness. It's a no for me dog.

Smells like s'mores in a glass so I was exited to drink this but it tastes weirdly super bitter and sweet at the same time. Don't love it.

Veerrrry spicy. Getting a lot of licorice too. Felt like work to sip on this which isn't a bad thing unless you're on Christmas vacation. Which I am.
