I'm really intrigued by this one. At first, I was back home on the farm with the nose--very grassy, grainy. But also got a tea flavor. I like it, and would like to try more of it.

This was kind of oily and hot. Nutty too. Tried adding a couple drops of water, but didn't help.

Robust flavor and texture. Very nice. Caramel and butterscotch up front--like sucking on a Werther's.

Has the main markers of scotch. Raisins & spices for me. A little hot.

This one is deep and dark. I think Nate will like it. I get a coffee/chocolate kind of flavor. Maybe some cherry. Moderate smokiness (for me).

Really enjoyed this on this very cold night. Nice balance of flavors, some sweet, some floral/perfumy.

It'll be back to the eggnog for me after this. It smells to me like the bubble solution from when the kids were little. And then all I get is alcohol flavor. Thank you, thank you, thank you for another fun calendar!! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season, and we'll see you in Dec. 2023!

Hard to nail down after a bottle of wine and bag of peanut brittle on the palate, but I like it. Strong finish to a great calendar. Thank you Cory for all the work you put in, as always..
