Bussin...I think that's what they say. This and last night are two of my fav's so far. Not as sweet as last night, but more spice, even though it had a cherry nose to it.

Smells like a bourbon...looks like one...doesnt really taste like one though, kinda weak?...made a old fashioned with this one and it didnt come through. Tastes like Woodford to me.

Tastes like Scotch...but fruity. Glad we havent gotten into the ultra smoke/peat shops yet. I kinda dig the lighter fruity/floral sips. Super light in color and really fruity on the nose (peach/mango/banana). Jump of ethanol on the initial taste, but added a few drops of water and it calmed down. Still not a fan of Scotch, but this advent calendar has opened my eyes that Scotch has huge flavor swings. Good sipper, really good with the Bittermilk smoked honey.

Either really really oaky barrel proof bourbon, or Scotch. Going high proof Scotch. Nose is vanilla/crรจme brรปlรฉe/ oak. Have to make it past the ethanol to find the taste of raisins/vanilla custard.

Another winner. Tastes like a good wheated bourbon. The nose is really sweet with fruit/vanilla/caramel/black tea. The taste is a bit weak and doesn't quite taste like the smell. It definitely passes the old-fashioned test.

Holy heartburn. This one has some balls to it. Nose is sweet and juicy fruit. Port and Brandied cherries. Instant heartburn on taste. Hard to make it past the ethanol burn to get flavor. Taste like a port barrel or wine cask diesel fuel.

This tastes exactly like a few bourbons on my shelf. chocolate-covered cherries/almonds on the nose. Has a little spice to it. I like it.

Not a huge fan. Complete guess on this one. Tastes kinda like an Irish whiskey or something like that?

Bright and balanced without leaving a lasting impression. Finish of oranges and vanilla. Not bad! But not great either.

A nice, light-bodied whiskey with notes of honeysuckle and lemon. I thought it might be Japanese but my wife told me not to overthink it.

Sweet start with a spicy finish. Iโ€™m guessing a bourbon with high rye bill in the mash.

Nose of a speyside scotch with the finish of a peppery rye! Really unique. Great dram.

Love the bright spiciness of this one. Floral and orange flavors on the finish. Delicious.

Nice spirit here, guessing a lowland or speyside. A bit gentle for my tastes, but some good citrusy flavor in the finish.

Did someone distill this with a rubber dildo? What is this weirdness?

The nose promised a sweet appley dessert, only to have the taste betray me with coarse leathery notes. This is like when someone makes you a cake but uses only whole wheat flour. Stop trying to fix me, you don't know my life.
