Nice rich amber color, sweet honey nose, a bit of a bite throughout the finish. This smells like a bourbon but drinks a bit like a rye.
Do I love it? Not really.
Have both my kids been sick since before Thanksgiving and I’m just glad to have some booze at the end of the day? Absolutely.
While this wouldn’t be my first choice to enjoy neat, I bet it would make an excellent cocktail.
