I like the heat on this one! Burn baby, burn! Ideally the pallet would round out a bit more, but it’s quite a decent dram overall. I feel like it’s a bourbon, but it could be another sweet rye in sheep’s clothing.

Unusual flavor profile, but it made me say "What is THAT?" rather than "Oh wow. I mostly just taste the fire and pepper of rye. Opens up a bit more after the first 4 sips.
