(Day 12) I’m going to be honest, the nose and taste are a bit musty. It’s like if this whiskey is the old man in the room who smells kinda funky. You can tell he has a story to tell but you’re not sure you can stick around for it.

Smells like my mother’s annual fruit cake. Tastes like earth, so not my favorite. Long finish and at the end has a nice sweet oak flavor. 4/10.

Tastes of classic vanilla and caramel. Finish seems like it was aged in some kind of wine cask. Lots of rich fruity notes. Loved this one.

(Day 10) Wonderful rich color. Enjoyable sweet nose. and to cap it off, super enjoyable to drink. Might be Tanya’s favorite bourbon so far.

Tastes like curry. Although, that could be the chicken curry I had for dinner. Easy to drink. The finish is confusing. I'd like some more substance in the first half.

Smells floral with almond and vanilla. Softer flavor with heavy vanilla. Not much of a finish or much of a barrel taste. Honestly have no idea what this is but it’s good. 7/10.
