It's got a slight Hawaiian Punch flavor which is pretty incredible. Not sweet enough to be a bourbon though. Strong cherry finish. I'm not hating it, but I would like a tiny bit more sweetness and a longer finish.

This tastes like the Elijah Craig barrel proof...but stronger. Smells like pecan pie and vanilla ice cream. Tastes like it smells. Gonna go grab a cube once I finish wrapping a shit ton of presents. Zero sleep here I come. In all honesty, Cory, thank you for putting this together. You can tell a TON of thought and work went into this. This was the first year where I took it seriously and didnt miss a night...I have a much better appreciation of various whiskeys and learned a ton. I also realize that I can taste the difference between the bottles and also found out I am not a big peaty/smokey fan...shocker. Maybe a sleeve of Chips Ahoy next year?
