Great nose of brown sugar and dark fruits. Super strong with a little too much bite. Is this finally Worm’s pick? I like it, but not as much as that Larceny barrel proof.

Well well well…if it isn’t the process of elimination. Mine. Epic in so many ways- flavor, proof, finish, nose, and other words people have used to describe whiskey this calendar. Very woodford-y, just way more Woodford-y than woodford.

This tastes like the Elijah Craig barrel proof...but stronger. Smells like pecan pie and vanilla ice cream. Tastes like it smells. Gonna go grab a cube once I finish wrapping a shit ton of presents. Zero sleep here I come. In all honesty, Cory, thank you for putting this together. You can tell a TON of thought and work went into this. This was the first year where I took it seriously and didnt miss a night...I have a much better appreciation of various whiskeys and learned a ton. I also realize that I can taste the difference between the bottles and also found out I am not a big peaty/smokey fan...shocker. Maybe a sleeve of Chips Ahoy next year?
