This is either Irish or some goofy nonsense. The nose is ridiculously sweet. The palate redeems it somewhat. Before I sipped it I was dead sure it was a flavored monstrosity.

Off the bay - I feel like I have had this before. Notes of butterscotch. Bit stronger than a normal bourbon so maybe this is a single barrel. Finish isn’t as smoky in my opinion

Do I smell Vanilla? Tobacco? Tastes smoky and a little harsh. I will name this baby scotch. Little too rough but probably fine on rocks Lets go $55 for a fifth.

Pretty sure this is a scotch, either that or I trashed my palate on that pre-dinner IPA that looks like the runoff at a carwash. I like it and as a bonus it made the hairs on Sandra's arm stand on end.
