Reserved. This one is keeping secrets from me. Good nose, vanilla, subtle spices. Little warmth. Spices barely linger. Kinda sweet. Don't be a bourbon. Thinking Scotch. Super delish.

Tricky. Not malt. Doesn’t taste QUITE sweet enough for bourbon, and the finish suggests rye also, but there’s not enough spice on the nose to convince me. I'm going to switch my game up and call this maybe a bourbon with some wheat in the mashbill.

Malt for sure. Banana and some orchard fruit on the nose. Shortbread cookie and pear on the palate. Feels light and smooth.

Banana? No clue what this is. Fruity nose. Vanilla. Enjoying this more than I should. Palate is sweet with a little oak. More vanilla at the end. Doesn't linger long.

Once again torn between bourbon and rye. Still no black pepper to my nose. Really round and creamy, but lighter bodied than most of the other non-malts. The softness reminds me of Maker’s, though I’m not getting the big cherry hint which is usually my clue for wheat.

It's light, which I like. Almost has a refreshing feeling to it. Maybe I'll start drinking 8 glasses of this a day instead of water. I'm getting some citrus, floral and sweetness. Really nice.

Pphheeww! That's what alcohol tastes like. Despite the heat. weirdly viscous in the palate. Slightly sweet, turpentine, oak. Doesn't linger - well, the heat does, but not much flavor.

WOW. Lovely on the palate. A deceptively muted nose leads to an almost shockingly fruity taste. Malt for sure. If it’s not scotch it’s a Japanese single malt.
