Smells like honey, tastes like honey, but I think it's scotch.

This tastes familiar though we can't nail it down. We had the requisite 'statistically we have guess bourbon' conversation and, well, think it's a bourbon ;)

Sam-I-am took a little break But he's back with a rhyme and ready to partake So let's jump into day sixteen! Here is where my rhyme will reconvene. Blimey, that first sip is tastes like a fireplace. So much smoke, I cannot sip it with a straight face. This year has helped me appreciate scotch more It is no longer a dram I plan to ignore Sam-I-am what thinks you today? This dram certainly is not child's play. I would sip one glass and not complain But I'm also not saying I wish to see this again

Pretty good, but not a standout for me. Didn't hate it, didn't love it.

Legs for days! Caramel, dark fruits, syrupy. Good, not great

Smells and tastes like a pretty classic bourbon. Brown sugar and cherry all the way. Feels like a hefty proof, bonded or better. Maybe a hint of stone fruit and some baking spice on the nose as I get a few sips in. No surprises, but not a damn thing wrong with it.

I liked this one. Pairs well with Landman! 😄

It's been a long day. Did I taste this right? It's all a wash tonight.

First reaction was 'sweet', then the proof hit. This has my kinda burn and is (another) one we like. Honestly, I'm glad this gave us a chance to use these Bourbon period costumes that have just been taking up room in the cavernous French armoire for forever. Also relieved to finally use our opulent parlor and have her rock that wig.

One of these times I’ll be right, I wanted it to be today… the stars will likely not align… 🙏🏻 However, whatever sleuth made this calendar, they were right and I wanna be besties! 🥃😬

Scotch… lemon with spice to go with it

Baked apples and pears. Honey and a hint of cinnamon. Golden raisins. Tastes like it has a bit of proof to it. Touch of peat maybe? I want to guess Japanese but I’m going to play it safe and pick scotch. Overall very pleasant dram.

Tastes like eating a skirt and not a skirt steak. Yuck.

Got a little funk, convinced the dinner party it was a peaty Scotch. Not confident of the guess but looking groovy AF regardless. See you at the car wash...

I’m getting fruity and floral this time. Makes me think I know what to guess but who really knows. Happy Hanukkah to those celebrating tonight. 🥃🙏🏻❤️

I need to stop falling behind, but man ... getting to drink three of these suckers in a night makes for a great time. Tonight's is very pleasant on the nose. Subtle, not overpowering. Baking spices and vanilla is what I pickup. Palate is interesting - some dark fruit, maybe cherries. Very long finish -- but not super hot. Interestingly complex for something that doesn't seem to be super hot ... or it's super old?

My first thought was “sour mash”. Do I detect a hint of banana on the nose? Bah gawd, is that Jack Daniels’ music?!?!?! Tastes a little funky for Jack now that I get into it, but it could totally be the Bonded or Single Barrel or something. I wouldn’t kick it out of bed, but I wouldn’t run to find this one.
