Smells peaty, bit o' leather in there. Fruit under tone and oak. Palatte about the same. Finish is oaky and sweet. Really nice balanced scotch... I think.

Scotch usually doesn't agree with me, but I'm digging this one. It tastes like a caramel apple that fell into an ashtray.

This is is rye, right? C'mon! Lots of peppery bourbons this year so what do I know. Still say this one is a rye - but whatever. Brown sugar and vanilla on the nose. Mid-palette is caramel, vanilla and the finish is rye, pepper, witergreen. Clean drink. Good heat. Like.
