It's got wood varnish, licorice, and herbal notes. that are going to lead me down the garden path to mislabelling it rye again. It's complex and full bodied, but not my favorite flavor profile. More interesting than delicious.

Surprisingly light. Tastes like a Scotch, but goes down much easier. I could see this as a daily drinker for sure.

Nose - notes of apple Taste - packed with spice and smoke. Added ice and sweetness prevailed. I am enjoying this one - feels like a bourbon but sweetness is telling me a Rye.

It's like dusty varnish on the nose. Front palate makes me wanna say rye, but it sort of opens into classic bourbon cherry brown sugar flavors. Cherry cola finish.

Orange/citrus - nose. Packing some spice and heat First thought was bourbon but the more I drink, the less I think it’s a bourbon. I’ve had some good ryes and I’ve had some bad ryes.
