Feels like the mashbill is having a tug of war between wheat and rye with the person drinking it paying the price. The proof is certainly up there which I don't hate, but the flavor is a miss for me.

Cinnamon for sure - is this a glorified fireball? I had a bulleit once that tasted this much like cinnamon but probably not that. On ice it definitely taste different than warm and neat. I’m torn here.

It's got wood varnish, licorice, and herbal notes. that are going to lead me down the garden path to mislabelling it rye again. It's complex and full bodied, but not my favorite flavor profile. More interesting than delicious.

From the pour my mouth was watering. Not a big neat drinker but this one was nice. I could see me getting fancy with the marble cubes to not water this one down. Feel like I’ve had this one before

Surprisingly light. Tastes like a Scotch, but goes down much easier. I could see this as a daily drinker for sure.

Nose - notes of apple Taste - packed with spice and smoke. Added ice and sweetness prevailed. I am enjoying this one - feels like a bourbon but sweetness is telling me a Rye.
