I was only getting orchard fruit and honey at first, but now I'm getting a little cherry. Pretty hot. Feels like the most complex non-malt we've had on the palate. That said, the more I have at it, the more it seems like a straight ahead bourbon flavor profile, although a very good one at that.

Quality bourbon and tastes more refined then most. Had this alongside Buffalo Trace and it tasted really similar. Might be Kentucky's favorite colonel using his favorite mash bill.

A little alcohol and vanilla in the nose. Loads of warms that lingers. The caramel vanilla spice is pretty mild, higher proof stands out. Not much flavor lingering, but the subtle spice is nice. Warm top to bottom. Wish it were snowing.
