Vanilla. Sharp spicy heat and pepper. So I'm gonna white knuckle while i select Rye. Brighter spice after adding water. A bit much on that for me. Like chewing three sticks of big red with one stick of wrigley's spearmint which I've never thought of doing but will try sometime!

I'm just confused on what this tasty dram is now. Hints of all sorts of things. Oh but I love the smell after I added a hint of water. I'll take more of this because it's been a week but I'm in a hotel for the evening. I didn't forget my #12 though!

Not a rye fan, this is very tasty. Flavor profile is faint compared to the heat, but still delicious.

The peat is evident even to a fool like me. She I did not like it, I'd drink more of this. If I disappear you'll know she saw this picture and buried me somewhere in the back 40. Tell my children I love them (except for that one).

Pretty hot with a tight nose. Added a splash of water and got some cinnamon. Maybe getting a bit of stone fruit as I sit with it a bit. I bet I would like this one more by the shoulder of the bottle. Dusty hay is still like the biggest thing I get on the nose. Nice heft but not a lot of personality.

Here we are halfway through Certainly a few guesses that I would like to redo Doing my best to climb into the top ten Going to have to do better than getting one right now and then Kinda smooth and kinda sweet This one is probably best sipped neat I'm going to throw out a guess of Japanese But I am not making that guess with ease So what do we think Sam-I-am What about this simple dram? FINALLY SOME PEAT!! Just a bit though...but this is a NICE pour. Guessing 8+ year. Honey, floral, light heat. A nice Islay,...not Lagavulin 16, not laphroaig 10....peats me! Nice pick :)
